Monthly Fees are due at time of ordering and must be prepaid on a quarterly basis. Should you decide JamesFisher.ca is not for you (we hope this is never the case!) you are entitled to a full refund of prepaid fees.

Terms of Service Contract:
The following is the JamesFisher.ca Terms of Service (TOC) contract, in which you must agree to in order to use our services at any time; these terms subject to change without notice. Please revisit for updates or changes, any change supersedes any previous agreements. Please note, by using our services in any way shape or form no matter how slight, you are automatically in full undisputed agreement with this Terms of Service Contract in which they apply to and the general spirit of these terms.

Section 1.
1a. You take full responsibility for the use of your account, if you cause a problem, hack, DoS another server, you, the account owner are fully responsible for the actions of anyone logged into our services on your behalf. By releasing your passwords or login information, you automatically assume responsibility for their actions.
1b. Background processes of any kind are prohibited, You must obtain permission of our Administration staff BEFORE you can run them! Violations may result in your account being terminated.
1c. Any type of illegal software or exploits found uploaded, executed, transferred in any way through the use of your account will result in a termination with no warnings, we do not tolerate hacking or DoSing to or from our network. JamesFisher.ca shall reserve the right to inform the local authorities of any and all illegal activities done by its users and/or customers. By using our network and/or services and servers, you , the end user hereby hold JamesFisher.ca, its staff, other users, and provider harmless from any claims, or liabilities as a direct or indirect action taken by you or anyone using your account, if any legal claims are to be made, all claims must be made against you, we do cooperate with the law to its fullest extent.
1d. Connecting to or from hacked boxes, or hacking from the system will result in prosecution. No warnings, we do not tolerate hacking and/or system abuse.
1e. Keep your eyes and hands inside your home directory. Privacy is an issue to all of our customers.
